Oregon Attorney Chuck Paulson Recognized by Best Lawyers
Chuck Paulson was recently recognized as a “30-year Best Lawyer” for the upcoming 20th edition ofThe Best Lawyers in America. Marking 30 years in publication, Best Lawyers is the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession. Best Lawyers lists have earned the respect of the profession, the media, and the public and are considered the most reliable, unbiased source of legal referrals anywhere.
For thirty years, Chuck Paulson’s selection for the publication has been chosen by his peers using peer-review surveys from tens of thousands of confidential leading lawyer’s evaluations. On his three decades of Best Lawyers selection, Chuck comments that [the selection] “reflects other people’s opinions of you. You may think you are doing good work but it is good to have that validated by your peers.”
For the Best Lawyers of America publication, Chuck was asked a variety of questions that ranged from what made him choose Oregon and Washington personal injury law to what might be the biggest obstacles for personal injury law in the next 30 years.
In terms of advances over thirty years, Chuck credits information technology with being a tremendous help for personal injury cases, as it significantly cut down on research time for medical malpractice cases (for example) to mere minutes.
From the case that makes him the most proud (the Teddy Jordan case) to the most rewarding aspects of Oregon personal injury law, Chuck Paulson is consistent in one area: his desire to help people, especially those who are disadvantaged and cannot help themselves.
The Best Lawyers in America publication date is set for July 25th. In the mean time, you can read more about Chuck Paulson here http://www.paulsoncoletti.com/chuck-paulson-trial-attorney/
